Complaints
Many concerns or potential concerns can be best resolved in discussion with the Headteacher. Please do not hesitate to contact school if you have any concerns. The Headteacher is always willing to discuss problems and work with you to find a solution. If attempts to settle the concern informally have failed, the Headteacher will supply the complainant with the necessary information for submitting a complaint to the Governing Body. A summary of this procedure is available in school upon request.
