Photos from St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, A Voluntary Academy's post📚 History comes to life! 🇮🇳 Our class 4 children had lots of fun bringing our East India Company timeline to life through role play. Using a range of props and costumes, they acted out key moments from 1600, when the East India Company first made contact with India, through the growth of trade and increasing British control, the Indian resistance of 1857, and the beginning of the British Raj in 1858. The children worked together to recreate the events, helping them understand the sequence of events and how British control changed over time. Photos from St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, A Voluntary Academy's post📖✨ Class 4 RE – Abraham Relay! ✨📖 Class 4 had lots of fun learning about Abraham through an exciting RE relay! 🏃♀️🏃♂️ One child studied an Abraham poster, raced back to their partner and explained what they had remembered. Their partner then used the information to create their own poster, exploring why Abraham is important to our faith and why prayer is important. 🙏 A brilliant way to combine teamwork, memory and learning about our faith! ⭐️ 2 Likes
