Dementia Friends Awareness Assembly

15th May-A school assembly to raise awareness of Dementia

Mrs Catlow (our Ecool club leader) kindly arranged for an assembly about Dementia. The whole school listened to Sally and Jane who talk about Dementia. The children asked excellent questions and showed really good understanding and empathy for people and families suffering from this disease. We are very grateful to our visitors today and know that we will continue to learn about our world around us.
